Office Review

Level One - all preliminary, on-campus, and reporting completed by Eric Monheim

Level Two - work completed by a 3 to 4-person team of college counseling and/or college admission professionals (team composition determined collaboratively).

Office reviews include the following:

Preliminary discussions with the school leadership (Head of School or Division Head) and the Director of College Counseling
- Completion of pre-review survey
- Agreement on key areas of focus
- Agreement on campus visit schedule
Constituent surveys (college admission professionals, school leadership, parents, students)
Review of office programming plan and communications
Review and analysis of 5-year applications and outcomes report
2.5-day on-campus visit
In-person discussions with college counseling office team members, campus leaders, students, parents, and faculty
High-level summary report delivered and discussed during the summary meeting on campus
Comprehensive report delivered within 10 business days. Follow-up meeting with the school leadership (Head of School or Division Head) and the Director of College Counseling
Follow-up discussions as needed
